Today’s workout is three eight minute AMRAP’s with two minutes rest in between which will be used up with transition time. You’ll have a chance to warm up all movements and make sure you’re using appropriate weights and methods for each exercise. Don’t let the “breaks” fool you. This is a long workout so pace yourself to keep moving!
