Today’s workout is a break from our squat clean cycle but we’re still gonna get some squat cleans in today. Apart is a chance to build to a heavy single squat clean over seven rounds. 90 seconds is not a lot of time to recover so the goal is not to max out, but build to a heavier weight than what you will use in the workout.

Part B is five rounds for time. Choose a squat, clean weight you could perform five unbroken squat cleans with. Dips can be done on a box bench, or rings. Move quick and consistently through your five rounds.
