A. 20 min. Circuit 
5/arm single KB push press @31×1
12 gorilla rows
2 lengths double KB OH carry
5 strict chin-ups @31×1
12 weighted sit ups

B. For Time:
anchored sit-ups
KB snatch @35/50#
*50 DU / 75 singles after each round 

Workout Notes: Part A is a 20 minute circuit; you will move consistently for 20 minutes through the movements, resting as needed. No scores recorded for part A. Focus on maintaining the tempo where indicated. 

Part B is for time- 30 reps of everything, 20 reps of everything and then 10. After every round you will skip, either 50 double unders or 75 singles. Workout starts with anchored sit-ups and ends with skipping. Try to go unbroken through the KB snatches if you can!
