Workout Notes: We have 2 longer AMRAP’s today. Each starts with a 1 mile run buy-in. If you cannot run, you can sub a 2000m row or ski (Distance can be modified). After the run, you will use the remaining time for an AMRAP of the 3 given movements. Wallballs are heavier than usual. Keep the reps unbroken if possible. Use the same DB in part A and B. To allow for space , half the class can start on the second one. Rest 5 minutes between.
