Workout Notes: Today we have a long metcon; If you want to partner up for it to split the work, you can. The 30 minute workout begins with a 1 mile run. In the time remaining, you will perform an AMRAP of the above movements. Weight is light with the goal of going unbroken. At 30 minute, the coach will start the clock counting up from 0 and you will head out for one final mile run! Record your score on the AMRAP and your final run time. Modify the run to a row, ski, or bike if needed. Coaches can help direct that.
