Workout Notes: Today is a long conditioning piece, with several options to modify and scale. You will complete either 3 or 4 rounds, or treat it as a 38 minute AMRAP. You may even choose to partner up. You get 2 minutes of rest after each round; try to limit the rest during your round. Wallballs should be doable in sets of 10-15, with short rest between. Snatches should be doable in 1-3 sets. Steady on the bbj’s.
