Tuesday 10-31-23 Workout Of The Day

GYM NEWS: Happy Halloween everyone! Today’s workout is the same for group Strength & Conditioning classes AND Starke Sweat, this way nobody gets away from it! 🙂 It’s a spin on a workout we did a couple weeks ago and got a lot of great feedback on it. Some of the exercises have been swapped out AND it’s a partner workout today! It’s also bring a buddy week so if you’ve got someone to share this workout with, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to bring them in and share the love!

In Teams of two…
EMOM 32 with :30 Work :30 Rest
1. Wall Balls (on turf)
2. Ski 
3. Box Jump Overs
4. ECHO
5. DB Thrusters 30/40# +/- 
6. Row
7. Burpees 
8. Kcal C2 
9. Rest 

Today’s workout is just about moving, FAST!!! You’ll be attacking today’s workout as a team of two with one person working for 30 seconds and the other resting for 30 seconds. There is ZERO transition time between exercises. While person two is finishing up their exercise, person one should be ready and waiting for the next bell to start the next exercise. Count your total number of calories and repetitions of all exercises for as your score each round. For example: If I do 15 wall balls and my partner does 15, we’re at 30 reps going into the ski. Keep counting upward for all your calories and exercises rather than trying to add them together at the end. There is a one minute break for round nine of this workout 🙂
