Partner AMRAP in 20 minutes:

20 Synchro wall balls
20 Partner Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
20 Synchro T2B / HLR
Use part A. to build to a working weight with your partner for your deadlifts in part B. This will also be a good time to work on technique for the partner deadlifts.
Part B. is a 20-minute AMRAP with some synchro style work. Work together and communicate as reps should be synchronized and will need to be broken up here and there.
