Odd Minutes: 12/15 Calorie Ski

Even Minutes: 12 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches 35/50#

 

Part A. kicks off with a little bench press strength on a two-minute clock. Build to a challenging, working weight before your first set begins and continue to increase the weight, if possible, each round.

Part B is an EMOM with skiing and DB snatches. You should be getting around 20 seconds rest at the end of each round so modify reps and calories if needed.
