Workout Notes: Part A is a double kettlebell complex. Find a challenging weight that you can get through the complex without breaking and putting them down. It should feel challenging and heavy; by your lunges it should feel like cardio! Rest for 2 minutes after your set before repeating.

Part B is a 10 minute ladder starting at 2 reps and going up by 2 every round. Quick transitions and try to go unbroken into your rounds of at least 10.
