2. 10 Alt Gorilla Rows
3. 6-8 Split Stance DL / Leg

Part A. You have 90 seconds to perform each exercise. Finish the required reps then rest for the remainder of that 90 seconds. You’ll have a chance to build too and find a challenging weight to begin your sets with prior to the clock starting.

B.
