Starting Monday, April 6th We will be running three virtual classes a day to assist members with consistency, accountability, modifications and coaching. Anyone with an active membership right now or a larger rental item will be able to sign up for classes through Zen Planner. If your membership is on hold right now and you’d like to participate in classes, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get you set up and back on the Starke Gain Train.
We will still be posting daily workouts here on the blog in text version (like below) but will not be doing the video demos of all the workouts like we have been until this point. We feel like we’ll be able to give much more in a coached, class setting via Zoom.
We’re looking forward to working together through these challenges and maintaining a positive outlook while maintaining our strength and health along the way.
