5:00 AMRAP w/ 2:30 rest between each x 5
400m buy-in run
AMRAP in time remaining:
5 pull-ups
10 pushups
15 air squats

Workout Notes: Today is a solo effort. You will do 5 x 5 min AMRAP’s with 2:30 rest between each. Every 5 minute window starts with a buy-in 400m run. In the time remaining you will do an AMRAP of pull-ups, push-ups and air squats. Pullups can be strict or kipping. Try to move smooth and quickly, going unbroken as long as possible.
