A. 25 min circuit
5 strict pullups
1:00 weighted wallsit
5/arm heavy single arm KB snatch
10 goblet squats
2 lengths loaded carries

B. For time:
50/40 cal ECHO bike

Workout Notes: Part A is a strength circuit. Choose heavy, challenging weights for each movement. Rest as needed and do not rush through.

Part B will be short and spicy! Ladies will set their bikes for 40 cals, guys will set them for 50 cals. Stay smooth and steady and save something for the end! Finish with an all out sprint. Record your times on the whiteboard!
