Workout Notes: Part A is a barbell complex. Build to a challenging weight before starting your working sets. You can add weight throughout your sets as well. You will do 8 sets every 90 seconds, for a total of 8 rounds. This complex is similar to last weeks, but there are no jerks today, instead an additional front squat.  

Part B is a short metcon. For the clusters, choose a weight that you can do 8-10 unbroken reps with. There is a 12 minute time cap, try to finish sub 12 minutes.
