8 Thrusters 85/115#
8 Lateral Bar Over Burpees (no push up)
*Fitness option use Kettlebells for thrusters
The goal for this workout is to get each round done as fast as possible and get as much rest as possible. Scale the barbell weight or number of shuttle runs. Athletes should get 60-90 seconds rest each round.
